This Privacy Statement for California Residents ("Privacy Statement") supplements the information contained in the Prospect AI Privacy Policy. Primary Byte Ventures, LLC d/b/a Prospect AI ("Prospect AI," "we," "our," or "us") has adopted this statement to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), and other California privacy laws. This statement applies solely to visitors, users, and customers who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you").
